The Subway Region Relay Carnival is being held on Saturday 18th November at Coburg. This is a qualifying round for the State Championships on Saturday 15th December.

All competing athletes are required to wear the Essendon singlet with Coles logo attached and plain black shorts. Subway nametags are also required to be worn.

There is no centre competition this week.
