The Subway Region Relay Championships are being held on Saturday 25th November at Whittlesea City. Region Championships are a qualifying round for the State Championships on Saturday 16th December.

All competing athletes are required to wear the Essendon singlet with Coles logo attached and plain black shorts. Subway nametags are also required to be worn.

There is no centre competition held at Essendon on 25/11.
