All athletes who completed and completed the course at Region are able to compete at the LAVic State Cross Country Championships.

Athletes must wear the Essendon singlet with Coles logo sewn on and plain black shorts/leggings. Athletes not wearing the correct uniform will be disqualified.

Athletes are to collect race bibs from the allocated marquee upon arrival at venue and pin the race bib to the front of their uniform prior to
entering the Call Room. The Call room closes 15 mins prior to the event start time.
