Essendon is hosting the 2019 NMR Cross Country Carnival.

To compete at the LAVic State Cross Country Championships, U9-16 athletes must compete at and complete the Region course.

U6-8 athletes are able to participate in a Fun Run for a gold coin donation to the RCH – entries will be accepted on the day until 9:30am.

U9-16 athletes must wear the Essendon singlet with the Coles patch sewn on, Subway Name Tag and plain black shorts/bum huggers or leggings.

The parental duty roster will be emailed to all families later in the week.
